Who we are

mapdbot.ai is operated by DomainNado LLC, an Alabama limited liability company ("mapdbot", "we", "us"). mapdbot is a compliance research tool for licensed insurance agents. It answers questions about CMS marketing and enrollment rules and cites the source. Questions about this policy: info@domainnado.com.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, which you give us when you sign in or join the waitlist.
• Your questions and our answers: the text of each question you ask, the answer produced, the sources cited, the time, and any thumbs-up or thumbs-down feedback you give.
• Subscription information: your plan, subscription status, renewal date, and the customer and subscription identifiers Stripe assigns to you. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's pages and are never sent to or stored on our servers.
• Technical information: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and request times, kept by our hosting and database providers for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookies: we use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Do not enter beneficiary information

mapdbot is built for questions about rules, not about people. Do not enter a Medicare beneficiary's name, Medicare number, date of birth, health condition, or any other personal or health information. mapdbot is not designed to receive protected health information and is not a HIPAA business associate of any user.

How we use information

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To answer your questions and show you your question history.
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• To process subscriptions and send sign-in and account emails.
• To measure and improve the accuracy of answers. We review questions and answers for this purpose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run mapdbot, and only as needed to provide the service:

• Supabase: database and sign-in.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• OpenAI and Anthropic: the text of your question is sent to these providers through their business APIs to search our sources and write the answer. Your email address is not sent to them. Both providers' API terms state that API inputs are not used to train their models by default.
• Stripe: subscription billing and payment processing.
• Resend: delivery of sign-in and account emails.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information until you are told otherwise.

How information is transferred and protected

Information moves between your browser, our servers, and our providers over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Data stored in our database is encrypted at rest by our provider and protected by row-level access rules so that one user cannot read another user's data. Access to production systems is limited to the owner of the business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information and question history while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, question history, and feedback within 30 days, except for records we must keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons, such as payment records held by Stripe.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing info@domainnado.com from the address on your account. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Account page.

Children

mapdbot is for licensed insurance professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
