Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: September 20, 2026
Cancel anytime
You can cancel mapdbot Pro at any time from your Account page by choosing Manage billing. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
What happens when you cancel
Your Pro access continues until the end of the monthly period you already paid for. After that your account returns to the Free plan and you are not charged again. Your question history stays in your account.
First-charge refund
If mapdbot is not right for you, email info@domainnado.com within 7 days of your first Pro charge and we will refund that charge in full. This applies once per customer.
Renewals
Monthly renewal charges are not refundable, and we do not give partial-month refunds when you cancel partway through a period. Cancel before your renewal date, shown on your Account page, to avoid the next charge.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, email info@domainnado.com and we will correct it and refund the error.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show the credit within 5 to 10 business days.
Charge on your statement
Charges appear on your card statement as MAPDBOT.
