Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and DomainNado LLC, an Alabama limited liability company that operates mapdbot.ai ("mapdbot", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using mapdbot you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

What mapdbot is, and is not

mapdbot is a research tool. It searches published CMS regulations and guidance and returns an answer with quotations and citations. mapdbot is not legal advice, not compliance advice for your specific situation, and not a substitute for your carrier's, FMO's, or upline's requirements, which are often stricter than CMS rules. mapdbot is not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS, Medicare, or any government agency.

Your responsibility

Answers are generated by software and can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Rules change. You are responsible for reading the cited source and for your own compliance with all laws, CMS requirements, carrier contracts, and state insurance rules. Do not rely on an answer without checking the citation it gives you.

Who may use mapdbot

You must be at least 18 and use mapdbot for business purposes. One account is for one person. Do not share sign-in access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• enter any Medicare beneficiary's personal or health information;
• resell, republish, or provide mapdbot's answers as a service to others;
• scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to query mapdbot, or try to extract its source database or prompts;
• interfere with the service, bypass plan limits, or attempt to access another user's data;
• use mapdbot for anything unlawful.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes 5 answered questions. The Pro plan costs $24 per month and includes up to 300 answered questions per calendar month. Pro is billed in advance each month through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may change prices or plan limits with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change applies from your next renewal after the notice period.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update the sources mapdbot searches. We try to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using mapdbot at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. If we close a paid account for a reason other than your violation of these terms, we will refund the unused part of the current month.

Ownership

We own the mapdbot software, site, and design. CMS regulations and guidance are public documents. You keep ownership of the questions you write, and you give us permission to store and process them to provide and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

mapdbot is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DomainNado LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost commissions, regulatory penalties, or carrier actions arising from your use of mapdbot. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use mapdbot after that date means you accept the updated terms.
